The venue is located within the grounds of East Malling Research known worldwide for its fruit research and owned by East Malling Trust for Horticultural Research.
Originally the conference centre offered the scientific community well-planned conference facilities, however East Malling Trust soon realised that the conference centre’s potential went well beyond the scientific community. It began promoting it to a wider Kent audience as an ideal location for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, training and team building events.
During the past ten years, the facilities at East Malling Conference Centre have expanded to include the Orchards Café. The Conference Centre and Café have now been brought together and re-branded as The Orchards Events Venue.
The offering widened significantly in 2011 when Bradbourne House, a Grade I listed building also owned by East Malling Trust at the same location, took on its new role as a stylish venue for meetings and conferences, please visit www.bradbournehousekent.co.uk
for more information.
Together the two buildings give organisers the choice of hosting their event in either a Grade I listed building dating back to Tudor times or a modern, purpose-built events venue. To find out more please visit the East Malling Trust
